EML stands for:

• Ecological Metadata Language
• Extended ML, a specification language
• Extensible ML, a programming language
• Election Markup Language, standard for the structured interchange of data among hardware, software, and service providers who engage in any aspect of providing election or voter services to public or private organizations.

EML may also mean:

• EML (Electronic Music Laboratories), a manufacturer of audio synthesizers
• .eml, the filename extension used by several email clients where a single message per file is stored in the RFC 0822/RFC 2822 format.
