Emily Jordan Osment is an American actress who was born on March 10, 1992 in Los Angeles, California.
Osment is the younger sister of The Sixth Sense star, Haley Joel Osment, and the daughter of Eugene Osment and Theresa Seifert. Emily is 'scared' she says to see her own brother's film. Osment says that she will see it when she gets older possibly, but she thinks it'll give her "nightmares".
In addition to performing as Gerti Giggles in Robert Rodriguez's films Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams (2002) and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003), Emily has made appearances on television shows such as Touched by an Angel, Friends, and 3rd Rock From the Sun.
She currently plays Lilly Truscott on the popular Disney Channel show Hannah Montana. Emily likes to play soccer, golf, write action novels, and knit in her free time. (She taught her co-star and best friend Miley Cyrus how to knit.) Emily says that she, Miley Cyrus, and co-star Mitchel Musso hang out all of the time on the set. Emily was also in the first ever Disney Channel Games on the Green Team, along with Miley Cyrus, Mitchel Musso, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel and Kyle Massey. Recently, Emily has been in a 60 minute stop motion animated cartoon film entitled Holidaze: The Christmas That Almost Didn't Happen.
On July 22, 2006, Emily attended the Radio Disney Totally 10 Birthday Concert as an announcer for good friend Miley Cyrus who was performing as Hannah Montana.
