Emilie Öhrstig (born February 27, 1978) is a Swedish cross country skier who has been competing since 1997. She won a gold in the individual sprint at the 2005 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oberstdorf.
Öhrstig's best individual finish at the Winter Olympics was 22nd in the individual sprint at Turin in 2006. She also has eleven additional victories up to 15 km from 2002 to 2005.
