Emil Kirjas

Emil Kirjas is a former President of the International Federation of Liberal Youth (IFLRY), a position which he occupied since Autumn 2003.

In addition to his role as IFLRY President, Emil was appointed as a junior minister in the Foreign Affairs department of the Republic of Macedonia's government.
