Emi Hinouchi (日之内絵美 Hinouchi Emi? born September 7, 1982), is a Japanese urban music singer-songwriter. She is signed under Taku Takahashi's Tachytelic Records. She has written many songs for Heartsdales, and have sung back up for those songs. Hinouchi is probably best known for her collaborations with m-flo.

Emi was born in Osaka, but moved to Taiwan when she was four years old. She moved back to Japan when she was 14. She wrote "Painful" when she was only 15. Her first album "Dramatiques" was released in 2003.
