The German Embassy in Washington, D.C. is Germany's diplomatic mission to the United States.

The current embassy is located at 4645 Reservoir Road NW, Washington DC 20007, which is west of Georgetown University Hospital. The embassy is also home to a "Germany information centre".

In September 1994 the residence reopened with an extension designed by Cologne based architect O.M. Ungers.

Current German Ambassador to the United States is Klaus Scharioth. He presented his credentials to President Bush on March 13, 2006.
