Ely B. Chulli is the CEO of Transatlantic International Airlines, an airline possibly starting weekly services this year to destinations around the world from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York and Rickenbacker International Airport in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Chulli plans to refurbish, renew and overhaul two Boeing 747SP aircraft.
