There's nothing in Mr. Norris' education or background that would allow him to use the title "engineer". At best, he can be called a self-taught inventor. Accordingly, I've restubbed the article from {{US-engineer-stub}} to {{inventor-stub}}. —Quicksilver^{T @} 18:19, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
