David "Elvis" Rossi (born July 24, 1974 in Nutley, New Jersey) is best known online for his extensive knowledge of "Weird Al" Yankovic. He currently lives in Bloomfield, New Jersey with his two cats, Suzy and Cody.
His fan website has guided Yankovic fans since 1994, and he has founded a fund to get Yankovic a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame. He is an administrator on the popular World Of "Weird Al" Yankovic Forum, and a regular contributor to the Yank Blog. He has been mentioned in interviews, newspaper articles, and on TV in relation to Yankovic.
He generally spend his Wikipedia editing time on entries related to Yankovic. He has created, or greatly expanded, articles for Yankovic's band members, Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz, Steve Jay, Jim West, and Rubén Valtierra. He has also created or greatly expanded article for Ak & Zuie, The Weird Al Show, and Al TV.
In addition, he has created or greatly expanded articles to get Yankovic's discography, singles chronology, songography, and videography complete and up to date.

- Outside of Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz, Yankovic's drummer, he has the largest known collection of Yankovic items. His personal collection numbers into the thousands.
