Elsfjord is a village and former municipality in Nordland county, Norway.

The municipality was created by a split from Hemnes in 1926. At that time Elsfjord had a population of 765.

On 1 January 1962 Elsfjord, along with Drevja and Mosjøen, was incorporated into Vefsn. Prior to the merger Elsfjord had a population of 920.
