Elmet and Rothwell will be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
Following its review of parliamentary boundaries in West Yorkshire, the Boundary Commission for England have created a new constituency of Elmet and Rothwell.

The electoral wards which make up this new seat are entirely within the City of Leeds:
- Garforth and Swillington, Harewood, Kippax and Methley, Rothwell, Wetherby.
