Elmbrook School District

The Elmbrook School District serves the communities of Elm Grove, Brookfield, Wisconsin and a small portion of New Berlin, Wisconsin. According to the 2000 census, the district served 7,449 students out of a total population of 45,831. At the same time, the school district employed approximately 500 teachers.[1]

The district is composed of mainly upper and some middle class residents, with a median income at around $76,000 according to the 2000 U.S. Census. The district lies in Wisconsin's wealthiest county, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
