no i belive this This book teaches us that we should not be cruel to others because were not higher or better than anyone else we are all the same, no one in this world is perfect. The book teaches us that and many other things, another reason why this book is important today, because it tells us how much fear people had. You need to overcome that fear because later in life that fear will come back and hit you hard! Near the end of the preface, it says, “In it (Night) we learn the geography of “the valley of the shadow of death,” about which the Psalmist wrote-say that this was a valley in which people “feared evil“. I really believe that this book has something to with reality to me It puts me in a position that I under stand it. The main idea is that this shows how Hitler has done something similar like pharaoh and the Hebrews, he made them work and they beat them. Well Hitler’s situation is similar, people repeat evil things that other people did in the past, kind of like people are making them out of idols. Elie Wiesel wet through hard stuff and he’s trying to tell us hat this is not happing now so been grateful, because we did not get taken out of our home and we did not have to run 42 miles with out stopping. Those people who take this as a joke and laugh at it, I’d like to see them go through that and survive, if that was me I would have nightmares! I can say this the man went through some real stuff there, a quote . ____
