Elizabeth Louise Bush (born June 19, 1922), wife of Prescott Bush, Jr., the older brother of George H. W. Bush, the 41st president of the United States. She is the aunt of George W. Bush, the 43rd president of the United States.

She is the daughter of Vice Admiral James Kauffman, USN and the sister of Rear Admiral Draper Kauffman, USNR. Her children are Prescott Sheldon Bush, III and James L. Bush; Kelsey Bush.

She has authored America's First Frogman: The Draper Kauffman Story.
