Eliseo Quintanilla Ortiz (born February 5, 1983 in La Libertad, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran football (soccer) player, who last played midfield for D.C. United of Major League Soccer.
Quintanilla was acquired by United before the 2002 season from Salvadoran club C.D. Aguila, with whom he had played since 2001, after making his professional debut in 1999 with C.D. FAS. Injuries have curtailed his MLS career. He scored just five goals and five assists in two years in the league, missed all of 2004 with an injury, and was subsequently released.
Quintanilla is also a promising player for the El Salvador national team, for whom he earned his debut in 2000, since which he has since earned three caps with the full national team.
