Elias Bongmba

Elias K. Bongmba is a Cameroonian-American academic who is an Associate Professor of Religious Studies at Rice University in Houston, Texas. His research focusees on African religions. In addition to numerous journal article he has written two books:

  • African Witchcraft and Otherness: A Philosophical and Theological Critique of Intersubjective Relations (SUNY Press, 2001).
  • The Dialectics of Transformation in Africa, (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006)
