Eli Kirk Price (July 20, 1797 - 14 November 1884) was a Philadelphia lawyer, a commissioner of Fairmount Park from the time of its founding, and a member of the American Philosophical Society.

Price is memorialized by a fountain in Fairmount Park, in Eakins Oval adjacent to the Washington Monument.
