ELCAN is a Canadian optics and electronics company owned by Raytheon.

The company manufactures devices for civilian and military markets. The company has locations in Midland, Ontario, Richardson, Texas and Málaga, Spain.

ELCAN is perhaps best known for making the C79 sight used on the Diemaco C7 and FN Minimi series of firearms.
