Elbe-Havel-Land is a Verwaltungsgemeinschaft ("collective municipality") in the district of Stendal, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated on the right bank of the Elbe, south of Havelberg. The seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft is in Schönhausen.

The Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Elbe-Havel-Land consists of the following municipalities (population in 2005 between brackets):
