Elano Blumer (born June 14, 1981 in Iracemápolis, São Paulo) is a Brazilian football (soccer) player. He plays attacking midfielder with FC Shakhtar Donetsk and with the Brazilian national team. Elano became the first player from Ukrainian Premier League in the history of Brazil national team, when he was called up for the Brazil vs. Norway game on August 16, 2006.

He has 7 caps with the Brazilian national team, the first one in January, 2004. He scored his first two international goals in the September 2006 friendly win against Argentina on the 3rd of September. Carlos Dunga, current Brazilian national coach, described Elano as the key player for the national team, who will represent Dunga's ideas about creating a perfect balance from defence to attack with intelligent movement of the ball.
