El Oued Province

El Oued (Arabic: ولاية الوادي) is a Saharan wilaya of Algeria (wilaya no. 39), dominated by the Oued Souf valley. Its name literally means "the valley" or "the river".
Notable towns include El Oued itself and Guemar, Debila, and Robbah.
