El Machino is the patented, all-in-one machine that shapes, flips and bakes tortillas for Chevys Fresh Mex restaurants. El Machino produces fresh tortillas every 53 seconds (900 every hour) which are served in less than three minutes according to the Fresh Facts About Chevys Press Kit. El Machino is visible in the dining area of every Chevys restaurant.

According to Chevys' Nutrition Information Factsheet, one El Machino tortilla contains 167 calories, 4 grams of fat, 27 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of protein. El Machino tortillas contain whey and so are not vegan.

Note that "el machino" is not proper Spanish; "la máquina" is the translation of "the machine". The term is intended to be humorous Spanglish.
