El Gran Wyoming

José Miguel Monzón, also called El Gran Wyoming (The Great Wyoming) or Guayo is a medicine doctor, actor, director and humorist. He was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1955.
He has been showman of several programs like Silencio se Juega (1984), La Noche se Mueve (1992) and El Peor Programa de la Semana (1993). Televisión Española stopped to emit this last program because of an interview to the writer Quim Monzó, where it was made a joke about the laboral activity of Elena de Borbón, the daughter of the king. The official reason was the low audience of the program.
In 1995 el Guayo returned to the TV, but this time he appeared in the private channel Telecinco. The name of the program was Caiga quien Caiga. He was against the government of that time, the Partido Popular. Provably because of this CQC dissappeared.
In 2004 he obtained another program in Televisión Española: La Azotea de Wyoming. It was a failure.
Now he is doing El Intermedio in La Sexta.
