My name is Enrique Vargas. I am from Puerto Rico. I am an electronic engineer and work as a security engineer and consultant.
I find Wikipedia an amazing project and I hope it will grow to its expectations. I decided to become a wikipedian to work toward that goal.
My hobbies includes music, electronics and reading. I write music and do music arrangements. At one time my hobbies included chess, problem-solving techniques and learning Esperanto and Blissymbols. I hope to continue them soon.
I enrolled in the Esperanza network. I still don't meet the criteria to become a member, though.

I started a wiki called "Cecilia - La Enciclopedia de la Música Católica". It is a encyclopedia about catholic music and is in Spanish. Feel free to visit it and contribute.
I need to clean up the article on biometric authentication. I am writing the Biometric Consortium article. I hope to contribute in other areas, including Puerto Rico.
I registered on Wikipedia on September 22, 2005.
