Eisenwald Guild

Eisenwald Guild is a fictional villain organization in manga Fairy Tail.
It is categorized as a dark guild, by the Council, because its members used magic for assassination purpose. For that reason, six years ago, the Council banned the guild from the league of guilds, arrested their master and ordered the members to disband.
Most of the members still remained operative, being leaded by Eisenwald Guild's ace, Shinigami Eligor.
- Shinigami Eligor: he acts as the leader of the dark guild. He's powerful enough to fight and arm Erza, one of the strongest mage of Fairy Tail Guild.
- Kageyama: a subordinate of Eligor, who meets Natsu on a train, and gives the Lullaby Flute to his leader.
