Eino Penttilä (August 27, 1906, Joutseno - November 24, 1982, Pori) was a Finnish athlete who competed mainly in the javelin throw.
He competed for Finland in the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, United States in the javelin throw where he won the Bronze medal behind team mates Matti Järvinen and Matti Sippala.
