Eindhoven Airport (IATA: EIN, ICAO: EHEH) is a small airport near Eindhoven, Netherlands.

The airport is being used for both civilian and military traffic. After World War II up until a few years ago, Eindhoven Airport was called Welschap.

During WWII it was extensively bombed. When construction started of the new Meerhoven district in the vicinity of the airport, a lot of bombs were found and had to be defused.

On July 15, 1996, a C-130 Hercules crashed at the airport. The plane caught fire and in the intense heat, 34 people died.
