Eid, Møre og Romsdal

Eid is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.
It was created by the split of Eid og Voll on January 1, 1874 which created the municipalities of Eid and Voll. At that time Eid had a population of 1,048.
On 1 January 1965 Eid was merged with Grytten, Hen, Voll and part of Veøy to form the new municipality Rauma. Before the merger Eid had a population of 381.
