Eichler system

A system of plant taxonomy, the Eichler system is an early phylogenetic or evolutionary system. It was published by August W. Eichler in

Eichler (1883; 3rd edition). Syllabus der Vorlesungen über Phanerogamenkunde.

According to Oudemans (1896) it is comprised of the following groups:
