Eibenstock is a town near the river Mulde in the Aue-Schwarzenberg Landkreis, in the Free State of Saxony, Germany. It has a population of ~6700. Geographical location 50°31′N 12°35′E.

Eibenstock is located at a height of ~650m. The districts of Eibenstock are Eibenstock, Blauenthal, Wolfsgrün, Neidhardtsthal, Wildenthal, Oberwildenthal, Carlsfeld, and Weitersglashütte.

Eibenstock was first mentioned during the 13th century. Eibenstock, together with Schwarzenberg, was acquired by purchase in 1533 by Saxony and was granted municipal rights in the following year.
