Egma (band)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Egma was a dutch eurodance act, produced by Ege Van Kruysdjik and Marcel Theunissen, primarily active between 1991-95. They're most known for the track Never Gonna Lose Your Love, which managed to stay in the number #1 spot in France for a impressive 10 weeks. Despite their commercial success, no album was never produced.

The project went through a couple of vocalists during the years. Starting with Never Gonna Lose Your Love the project was joined by two singers, a female called Margo and a male named Henk van de Wiel, who also served as co-writer of the same track. By the time of the single Make My Day Henk had left the project and Michael Robby joined instead.

On March 8th 2002, Henk van de Wiel was murdered in Paris.
