Edwin H. Baker Pratt (b. 5 June 1913, Glen Cove, New York - d. 18 March 1975, Boston, Massachusetts) was the son of lawyer and financier John Teele Pratt and Congresswoman Ruth Baker Pratt; and grandson of oil industry pioneer Charles Pratt.

He studied at Harvard College, graduating in the class of 1936. He was headmaster of the private Browne & Nichols, now Buckingham Browne & Nichols, in Cambridge, MA from 1959 (or earlier) to 1968.

He is the father of singer-songwriter Andy Pratt.

Pratt died on 18 March 1975 in Boston, Massachusetts, aged 61.[1]
