Edward Tylor Miller (February 1, 1895—January 20, 1968), a republican, was a U.S. Congressman who represented the 1st Congressional district of Maryland from January 3, 1947 to January 3, 1959. He also served as commanding officer of Company C, 320th Infantry, U.S. 80th Infantry Division in the United States Army during World War I, and a colonel in the North African campaign during World War II.
