EDUCANG

EDUCANG Limited is an initiative of the Anglican Church of Australia and the Uniting Church in Australia.

The name of the company reflects a partnership in independent schooling. The word EDUCANG is composed of:-

• ED from education,
• UC from the Uniting Church in Australia, and
• ANG from the Anglican Church of Australia.

Directors of the Board are volunteers who are drawn exclusively from the two auspicing churches.

EDUCANG owns and operates several colleges in south-east Queensland:

• Forest Lake College [1]
• Mary McConnel School [2]
• The FLC International Centre [3]
• The Lakes College [4]
• The Springfield College [5].

The Board claims that this arrangement offers economies of scale which permit low college fees [6].
