Edmonton Decore

Edmonton Decore is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, Canada.
The north central riding of Edmonton Decore was created in 2004 out of a small part of Edmonton Norwood and most of Edmonton Glengarry. The riding is named after former Leader of the opposition and mayor of Edmonton Laurence Decore.

As defined in the Electoral Divisions Act 2003
North Boundary
The boundary moves east along the north city boundary to 66 Street.
Athabasca-Redwater borders to the north.
East Boundary
The boundary moves south along 66 Street to 167 Avenue east along 167 Avenue to the extension of 59A Street, then south along the extension and 59A Street to 153 Avenue and west along 153 Avenue to 82 Street then south along 82 Street to the Canadian National Railway (CNR) line.
Edmonton Manning and Edmonton Beverly-Clareview
South and West Boundaries
The boundary moves south and along the CNR line to 97 Street then north along 97 Street to the city limits.
Edmonton Highlands-Norwood borders to the south. Edmonton Calder and Edmonton Castle Downs borders to the west.

On November 19th 2004 a Student Vote was conducted at participating Alberta schools of all types, to parallel the 2004 Election results and to educate students about the electoral process. The vote was conducted in 80 of the 83 ridings.
