Edgar fullname Edgar Patricio de Carvalho Pacheco (born 7 August 1977 in Luanda) is an Angolan-Portuguese football (soccer) striker. Currently plays for Málaga CF in Segunda División.

He started his career at Estoril (1992-93), He then played for Vitoria Setubal (1993-94), SL Benfica (1995-98) and Real Madrid (1998). He signed by Málaga CF in 1998 and only left the club on loan in 2nd half of 02/03 season to Getafe CF.

He played for Portugal national football team in international level.
