Edward Joseph (Eddie) Mayo (born April 15, 1910 in Holyoke, Massachusetts - died November 27, 2006) was an infielder in Major League Baseball who played for the New York Giants (1936), Boston Braves (1937-1938), Philadelphia Athletics (1943) and Detroit Tigers (1944-1948). Mayo batted left handed and threw right handed. He was nicknamed "Hotshot".
