[It is very intersting to read my own offer from Okt.-Nov.2005 to the goverment of Hongkong .] I read an article about the problems of wastemanagment in Hongkong and send my papers with name Ecopark and the whole konzept to the instituions which are working for this problem.

It is nice to see that I had an good idea.
