Ecological Genetics is a 1964 book by the British ecological geneticist E.B. Ford on ecological genetics. Ford founded the field and it is considered his magnum opus.

An enlarged edition followed in 1975. The book includes contributions from Miriam Louisa Rothschild, Theodosius Dobzhansky, Bryan Clarke... Ford also continues Fisher's feud with the American Sewall Wright over the relative roles of selection and drift.
