Echo & the Bunnymen is the eponymous fifth album by Echo & the Bunnymen. It was released in 1987 (see 1987 in music) and is the follow up to Ocean Rain.
In 2003, Echo & the Bunnymen was reissued in an expanded and remastered edition with several bonus tracks. "Jimmy Brown" was an early version of "Bring on the Dancing Horses", "Hole in the Holy" was an early version of "Over You", "Soul Kitchen" was a studio outtake, and "The Game" (demo) was an early acoustic version of the song. "Bring on the Dancing Horses" was a non-album single from 1985, and "Over Your Shoulder" and the original version of "Bedbugs and Ballyhoo" were the single's b-sides.
