Eat Yourself is a band from norway wich officially started around summer 2006 and plays Sci-Fi Prog Funk Metal. Although the band was actually started long before that, by Jack Iuguolo. It was his solo project wich he had ideas for since 2003, but he used so much time trying to get it done, that he eventually asked for help in 2006 by George Mononegavirales & Sopheelia Licentia( Jack's girlfriend).

Jack says in an interview that they are very influenced by Led Zeppelin, Coheed & Cambria, Mr.Bungle, Dillinger Escape Plan, Faith No More and Korn.

Yes, there is a consept behind these lyrics to. Sopheelia and the others in the band said that they wouldn't say anything about it before the EP comes out, so you could find out your self.

Jack and George also play in another band together, wich is called Absence of Mind, and they also play their main instruments in A.o.M

Dark.and.EMOtional

D.A.E is Sopheelia's emo rock/metal parody band where she sings and plays guitar.

They have worked together for several month's now, and they are scheduled to be finished with their EP in the middle of 2008.
