I'm sure the Eastwood Mall is notable, but the article deals with that notability very briefly and with references which may not be meaningful to a person outside Alabama, or perhaps outside the United States. If it can't fill a page, then it might not be important enough for an article of its own and an article on Shopping Malls of Birmingham, Alabama would be more substantial.
