The Romanian-Bulgarian border still shows the pre-war state, the one before 1940 with Southern Dobruja (in Romanian: Cadrilater) in Romania. The region was returned to Bulgaria in 1940 and remained Bulgarian throughout World War II and to present day. 85.11.148.77 20:51, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
