Easy Media Creator is optical disc authoring software, produced by Roxio. It is bundled with some optical disc recorders.
It was developed from, and obsoletes, Adaptec Easy CD Creator, which Roxio now owns and supports.
Unlike Easy CD Creator, support for Mode 2 data recording has been dropped. Easy Media Creator will only record data CDs in Mode 1. The Orange Book (specification for multi-session CDs) intended multi-session to only be used with Mode 2 recording, but was ambiguous on the point. Consequently, there are CD-ROM drives that will not recognise anything other than the first session of a Mode 1 CD.

Easy Media Creator 9 supports a wide variety of file formats. This comes in useful whether you are making a slideshow from photos, burning TiVo or Media Center programs (in full or wide screen), or are just making a music CD. The following formats are supported:
- Video: .AVI, DV-AVI, .MPEG-1/2, .MPEG2-HD, .IFO/.VOB, DivX, DivX-HD, XviD, .DVR-MS, TiVo, .ASF, .AVI, .DV, .MOV, WMV, QT .MOV, .WMV
- Audio: Audio CD, .MP3, .WAV, .WMA, Dolby Digital .AC3, .AAC, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, .M4A, .MP4
- Photo: .JPG, .PNG, .TIFF, .BMP, .GIF
