Earl Mount Cashell

The title of Earl Mount Cashell was created in the Peerage of Ireland in 1781 for the 2nd Viscount Mount Cashell. The title became extinct upon the death of the 6th Earl in 1915. The earls bore the subsidiary titles of Viscount Mount Cashell (1766) and Baron Kilworth (1766). The title of Viscount Mount Cashell has been created once before, in 1706, but had become extinct upon the death of the 3rd Viscount in 1736. These viscounts also bore the subsidiary title of Baron Mount Cashell (1706).
