Eamon Ryan (born 1963) is an Irish Green Party politician. He is a Teachta Dála (TD) for Dublin South and is currently Party spokesperson on Transport, Enterprise, Trade & Employment, and Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.

Ryan was born in Dublin and first became involved in politics in 1998 when he was appointed to Dublin City Council. He topped the poll in the local elections the following year. In 2002 he was elected to Dáil Éireann as a TD for Dublin South.

He announced on September 13, 2004 that he intended to ask his party to nominate him as a candidate for the Irish presidential election, 2004. During this time he claimed to have smoked Hash. He had to withdraw his nomination because his party would not happy about asking other parties to secure the number of TD's to nominate him.
