[edit] Description/intro

The introduction to this article is rather vague. It's great to know that this cyclone was developed by some British guy, but what is it??? `T. S. Rice 04:56, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

I've made an attempt to fix this myself actually. I'm not sure if the link in the intro is proper, but it helps describe the topic better, which is what we need, eh? `T. S. Rice 05:21, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

It would be good to get this into the entry: Never lose suction is true for a new cleaner but after some years the cyclone area itself tends to clog up. This area at the top of the collector is fastened by a Torx T-15 tool and is meant to be only opened by the factory. If your cleaner loses suction after a few years use simply open this top bit up and clean it. This is a very common problem and can be simply fixed at home instead of returning the cleaner to the factory service centre as suggested by the call centre staff.
