Dysuria

In medicine, specifically urology, dysuria refers to any difficulty in urination. It is sometimes accompanied by pain. It is most often a result of an infection of the urinary tract. Sometimes these symptoms can coincide with an STD or yeast infection. In men, the urinary system overlaps with the reproductive system, so dysuria can also be a result of genital infection.
Napoleon, Emperor of the French, is said to have suffered from the condition from time to time. Particulary in the French invasion of Russia, when he was sometimes unable to inspect the battle field because of this condition.
