Dystrophaeus (meaning "coarse joint") is the name given to a genus of dinosaur from the Late Jurassic. It was a diplodocoid sauropod. Its fossils were found in Utah.

The type species, D. viaemalae, was described by Cope in 1877. It includes one partial skeleton.
