Dynasty Wars (天地を喰らう Tenchi wo Kurau?) is an arcade game that was released in 1989 by Capcom, based on a Japanese manga Tenchi wo Kurau. This is a one or two-player game where the player plays as one of four Chinese heroes on horseback from the Three Kingdoms period and try to kill hordes of enemies. This game always scrolls to the right.

The first button will make you face left and swing your weapon, the second button will make you face right and swing your weapon, while the third button will let you use magic. You can also add coins any time to increase your vitality.
There are eight stages in all: Da Xing Shan, Tie Men Sha, Tong Men Gu, Fan Shui Kwan, Hu Shou Kwan, Luo Yang, Nong Kang Chang, and finally Tsu Hong Chang. The players' goal is to wipe out the Huang Ching, the organization responsible for the unrest of the Han Dynasty, and players can choose to be either Shang Fei, Liu Bei, Kwan Yu, or Shao Yun.
